Where do you ship?

Through our website, we can only accept orders from the USA, Canada, and Mexico. If you need your item shipped to another country, please select the items marked “European Shipping” which will link to our Etsy store. Etsy facilitates all of the required international taxes and fees on our behalf, so we are able to ship internationally through their platform without having to register in every country we want to ship to. (we’ll get there someday!)

What will it cost to ship my order?

Shipping rates are based on actual item size and weight as well as distance at the time our order is placed. We try to recycle shipping materials as much as possible to prevent from having to charge crazy ‘handling’ fees. Feel free to add items to your cart to get a shipping estimate. It will be displayed on the checkout screen.

When will I be charged for a pre-order?

As with any other order, you will be charged at the time of purchase, at checkout. However, your item will not be shipped until it is ready. The pre-order item’s product page should include information on when we expect it to be shipped.

Can I buy a pre-order item along with regular items?

Yes, but please note that your order will not be shipped until ALL of the items in your order are ready. This means that you will have to wait to receive the regular items along with your pre-order. At this time, we are not able to ship products within the same order separately. If you need to receive certain items quickly, please order them separately from pre-order items.

My address has changed!

Please email us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct information. We will be happy to make corrections up to the time the order has shipped. Unfortunately once the order has shipped we are not able to make adjustments. Most carriers will redirect your package (for a fee) so it is best to reach out to them once the order has shipped. Should the package be returned to us, we would be happy to reship, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Alternatively, we can refund you (less the shipping costs.)

Shipping Schedules:

We strive to ship Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays. (if the Post Office is closed, we can’t send anything out. 🙁 ) Please expect a few days delay if your order is placed while we are at an event. Check our social media for the schedule and come visit!

Be mindful when ordering for holiday delivery. Increased orders as well as increased load on shipping carriers can sometimes add significant time to your order. We will continue to process them in the order received and as soon as possible, but what happens once it leaves us is out of our hands, so we are unable to provide any guarantees.
